Argos: To create new products, we shouldn’t underestimate the public but rather see it as a mirror

Telemundo recently premiered Los Miserables, produced by Argos Comunicación, headed by Epigmenio Ibarra, who reaffirmed his relationship with the network and also announced new projects in 2015 with Fox and Cadenatres of Mexico.Ibarra highlighted the role of the new OTT platforms and services like Nextflix, where “the screen is no longer flat and multiplies, with a direct relationship with those who used to be spectators and are now users. We must never underestimate the audience. We need to see it like a mirror so that we can generate new things.”He said there is a wave of transformation in the industry, which he projects will reach Mexico soon, “mainly with the expected competition and opening of new channels, which must move forward.”
