360 Powwow adds Adrián Santucho, former CEO of Fremantle Latin America and former head of Univision Studios, as Chief Creative Officer. The announcement was made by Daniel Gutman, president, and CEO of 360 Powwow.
In his new role, the experienced executive will lead the creative scripted and non-scripted teams, in addition to seeking strategic alliances with recognized partners in different markets.
The company’s focus will be continuing to grow in its production capacity, continue to expand its original content development pipeline and its policy of partnerships with major Hollywood entertainment companies.
“We believe in different ideas and we are passionate about telling unique stories. With this premise, we seek alliances that generate synergies and add value”, said Santucho and annouced that, in association with Anders Media (the company of Adam Anders, creator of Glee), they are already in the preproduction process of what will be their first series that will feature live action and animation, among other projects.
“We are very happy. Powwow is in a stage of creative and operational maturity and the arrival of Adrián, with its experience and professional quality, represents a differential value that will allow us to continue projecting the company as a significant player. In october we will go to Mipcom and Mip Junior where we will announce two new alliances and a project of global interest for digital platforms,” commented Gutman.
“We have proven that we are able to produce in Spain, Argentina, Mexico and the United States with the same forcefulness and effective delivery. Adding Adrián empowers us when thinking about coproduction alliances in different markets,” added Leo Lavazza, SVP of Production and partner at 360 Powwow.
