Stingray: Colombia’s digital transformation aligns perfectly with our audio and video streaming offerings

For Stingray, Colombia is strategic in its expansion plans due to its growing digital market and rising demand for diverse content.

“With a population of over 50 million people and a developing economy, Colombia is a strategic market in Latin America. Additionally, the country’s digital transformation, with increased internet and smartphone penetration, aligns perfectly with our audio and video streaming offerings. The company’s priority in this market is to expand its digital offerings and strengthen its strategic partnerships. “We want to increase our market penetration and improve brand recognition. LAUNCH ON PRIME VIDEO

Stingray recently launched the All Good Vibes package on Prime Video in Colombia. Purdy explains that for an additional paid subscription, exclusively for Prime members, they can subscribe to the package that includes: Stingray’s Qello Concerts, Stingray Karaoke, Stingray Classica, Stingray DJAZZ, and Stingray Naturescape.

Stingray’s All Good Vibes on Prime Video includes:

– Stingray’s Qello Concerts presents full-length legendary concerts and engaging documentaries of all the viewers’ favorite artists.
– Stingray Karaoke includes all the most-listened-to songs, from classic tunes to today’s hits.
– Stingray Classica offers classical music concerts and ballet performances from some of the world’s most spectacular venues.
– Stingray DJAZZ provides a close-up of the world of jazz with concerts, films, and documentaries from the best stages and festivals.
– Stingray Naturescape combines stunning landscapes and close-ups with soundtracks adapted to each moment of the day, offering a relaxing and immersive visual experience.

“This launch is an important step in our strategy for the Colombian market, as it allows us to offer a curated selection of musical and entertainment content through a popular platform like Prime Video. This agreement not only expands our market presence but also reinforces our commitment to providing high-quality and relevant content for Colombian consumers,” Purdy explained. Prime Video offers a Mega discount promo on channels for Colombia (from August 15th to 25th) with a 50% discount for two months.

TREND TOWARD DIGITALIZATION

Regarding current trends in the audiovisual area, Purdy mentioned the increase in streaming services and digital content consumption. “Consumers are increasingly looking for personalized and diverse content that fits their individual preferences. Additionally, there is growing interest in digital music and entertainment, which creates a significant opportunity for us. The trend toward digitalization and access to online content is clear, and we are excited to be part of this evolution in the Colombian audiovisual market,” he concluded.
