The Spanish company Digital Cornucopia will expand its channel All Flamenco to Latin America and the US through OTT, according to the publication Cinco Días from El País from Spain.

The company, that is looking for investors, will start its launch in the region in Mexico and Florida, US, to then move on to other territories.

They are already studying similar plans, but with other topics. “Tango is the first option we put forth because there are many aficionados, not only in Argentina but in the US, northern Europe, and Asia,” commented Carlos Navia, managing director at Digital Cornucopia.

Likewise, the executive explained that they are looking for investors who understand the business of media and contents.

According to him, these projects are part of the television of the future. “New technologies allow contents to arrive directly to the final client,” and added that the OTT formula, through subscriptions, allows the distribution of quality content.

All Flamenco was born in 2017 and is the only channel in the world specialized in flamenco and 4K high definition format. The channel, with the classical linear format, is already distributed in Spain by Orange and several cable operators, and they are in negotiations with Movistar+ and Vodafone to add it to their platforms.
