During the third edition of the Convergencia Show, Víctor Reyero, official representative of RTVE for the sales of its international channels in Mexico, announced that Megacable’s Xview platform acquired a 100-hour content package from TVE and will subsequently do the same with titles from their children’s channel Clan, with a year of presence in Latin America.
“Xview is launching the TVE package on its platform, comprised by several titles, such as Isabel, La Señora, La República and more hits. They are around 20 titles, which represent more than 100 hours for this year and we hope to renovate it to have fresh content. They will also do it with products from Clan in an upcoming package. It is the result of a more than 25-year relationship with them,” he commented.
He added that RTVE continues to be to be present in Mexico with their four signals, as well as the promotion they have for their subscribers, “for those who have a generating channel, we are sharing programming without cost of the Clan children’s program, so you can share it with the children in your systems and we expect more agreements.”
Finally, he said that in the upcoming months there will be more original programming for your children’s channel.
