Diego Lerner returns to the presidency of Disney Latin America in the segment Direct-to-Consumer and International, after more than 10 years, and with a market and a campaign that are in the midst of a changing stage.
Lerner will also work in close collaboration with the segment Parks, Experiences, and Consumer Products.

Diego is a visionary leader, with a proven success history in the construction and expansion of Disney´s market share in territories around the world,” said Kevin Mayer, to whom Lerner will report.
“I want to thank Kevin for giving me the amazing opportunity of raising Disney´s business in Latin America, deepening our connection with our current consumers and involving new ones. As the Company progresses towards our next growth wave, it is a pleasure for me to work again closely with the Latin America team in this new path,” added Lerner.
Before returning to the presidency in Latin America, Lerner served as president of The Walt Disney Company in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa from 2009 to 2017. In Latin America, he was president from 2000 to 2009.
With this new appointment of Lerner, Claudio Chiaromonte leaves his position as EVP and general director.
