Lino García, a producer of the space Kiki Mobile (13×60’), hosted by Kiki Meléndez from Latin Hollywood Films that was aired on the Anglo-Saxon signal FYI Network in the US, Sundays at noon, is looking for alternatives in Latin America and other global markets to place the show.
García attended NATPE to evaluate if there are an international market and global market for the traveling talk show Kiki mobile that was shot in several US cities such as Los Angeles and New York for a multicultural audience. The host, Kiki Meléndez, of Dominican origin, interviewed Anglo and Latina personalities.
“We think it is a product that can travel rather well on a global scale. We are open to placing it on different types of platforms, whether on traditional pay TV or digital platforms,” mentioned García, who has his own company Amistad Entertainment, and who comes from performing successfully for many years at the head of ESPN Deportes.
Kiki Mobile is an interview show that is developed in several US cities that Kiki Meléndez, host of the program and comedian, travels to, on a vibrantly colored mobile home. The places Meléndez visits are usually locations where red carpets, film shootings, and other events are taking place.
