beIN SPORTS: In five years we have grown to two feeds and 11 beIN CONNECT streaming channels

beIN SPORTS, pay TV sports channel that started operations five years ago with two feeds: one for the US Hispanic market and another for the Anglo, today additionally has eleven beIN CONNECT streaming channels and numerous original shows, both in studios –El Xpress, Xpress Extra, The Locker Room, Monday Night Soccer- and documentaries.

“We continue creating original programming, we want to remain on that path. We are making a lot of documentaries. One of the things we are doing, both for the English channel as well as for the one in Spanish is the 360 project. We are using all our social networks to complement what is done on the air,” expressed Rafael Torres, senior director of Sports Programming, beIN SPORTS. The most recent original show they launched for the Hispanic feed is El Club, which is aired on Saturdays and Sundays.

If the European soccer leagues are the main spine of beIN SPORTS en Español, for the equivalent of the signal in English are Premier Soccer, motorcycling, female tennis and college football (the College football coverage is exclusive for beIN SPORTS in English and are 10 games per season).

He mentioned that the portfolio of soccer rights for beIN SPORTS en Español continues growing and they just added the Turkish league, that comes to complement LaLiga, Ligue 1, and the Italian League, among others.
