Univision presents Despierta Puerto Rico (Wake Up Puerto Rico), a new concept of local news segments during the station’s morning programming, from Monday, April 3.
Despierta Puerto Rico will air Monday through Friday from 7 to 11am on Univision of Puerto Rico.
Maricarmen Ortiz joins the team as a reporter on the street and Shanira Blanco will present segments featuring Univision of Puerto Rico’s partners.
“Despierta Puerto Rico comes to life as a result of our commitment and identifying new ways to keep our community informed. We are excited to launch this new concept in an effort to keep our beloved audience updated by a dedicated local team.
