Carlos Murguía, new general producer at Telehit

Televisa Networks presented Carlos Murguía as Telehit´s new general producer, replacing Guillermo del Bosque; the latter will now be Content Producer for Blim and Special Events at Televisa. The announcement was made by Bruce Boren, VP at Televisa Networks, who acknowledged the work and capabilities of both men for these new stages. 

“Thanks to the success of the series Nosotros los Guapos, exclusive for Blim, we asked Guillermo del Bosque to produce new contents for that platform, and that is why he is handing over the baton to Carlos Murguía, who will now be in charge of production at Telehit” mentioned Boren.

Murguía, producer of series such as Login and Logout, recognized the responsibility he now has after this appointment and stated that the strategy is to continue innovating, interactivity and new and risky content. “We will continue to have experiments on second screens and digital.”

Del Bosque announced that they are already working on the production of the second season of Nosotros los Guapos, as well as the development of a late night show for Blim, with Adrián Uribe as the star.

“The proposal is to help Blim with the second season of Nosotros los Guapos, starting the shooting on February 13 (this time it will have 26, half-hour episodes), and to develop another project we know will be very successful. I still have two years left in my contract with Televisa. During that time, I will continue to make productions for this platform,” he ended.
