19 de febrero de 2013

A través de Google+ se realizará por primera vez la semana de la música en Internet

Coming up: the first weeklong music festival ever to be aired online. The virtual festival, dubbed Hangout Music Week, will feature artists the likes of Catupecu Machu, Los Autenticos Decadentes, No Te Va a Gustar, Andrea Echeverri, Los Cafres and many others performing live and chatting face-to-face with fans around the world over the Google platform. The online music festival will rock for five days starting March 11, and will include videoconferences between groups of 10 musicians and fans who will be able to chat and interact with their favorites.Hangout Music Week will also stage a contest to give new bands a chance to take part in the festival, an unequaled opportunity to have their sounds and styles catch on worldwide. To enter the contest, music groups simply have to post a video on Google and an industry jury will choose the winners, who will then perform live on the same virtual stage. All the Hangout musicians can be seen live on the PopArtDiscos {website;www.google.com/+PopArtDiscos} on Google and can also be seen on YouTube.
