Sarmiento: La industria se está moviendo más allá de la creatividad

Ciro Sarmiento, executive creative director of Dieste, talked to PRODU with regard to the productive year they had in this 2014. The agency is prepared to continue working hard since 2015 seems to be challenging. This year, Dieste was full of awards, as they won several awards in local, Latin American and global festivals; in almost all categories: Public Relations, Effectiveness, Radio, Television, Mobile, Digital, branded content and Promo. “It means that we are thinking integrated. We did the easiest part, now the hardest part comes, which is keeping ourselves there,” Sarmiento said.It is necessary to mention the recognition they had among agencies of the Hispanic market in the Social category at the IAB Mixx conference. And the award obtained by P & G campaign where they had the support of Starcom Media Vest. As a multicultural agency, having won among a bunch of agencies is very satisfying.”We had an incredibly positive balance. From a creative standpoint we consolidate a true dream team of multicultural talent-winning,” the spokesman added. For Sarmiento, the key to success is not to stop working. “It is often easier to get drunk with the success achieved and that’s when their guard is down. At the agency we are always thinking how much we lack and that keeps us focused. The important thing is to share the same goal as a team,” he ended.
