Last December, the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR) released 5 results of their Inclusion Index 2014, a component of the Corporate Responsibility Strategy of the organization that measures the inclusion of Hispanics in corporate companies in Fortune 100. The results show that over 25% of companies that participated this year have surpassed previous levels, reaffirming their commitment to Hispanic diversity and inclusion.Among the most impressive results of the survey, it was found that Hispanics make up nearly 14% of employees reported in American corporations, with more likely to have jobs and get promotions in them.Since 2009, the study has followed the trends of US corporations in employment, procurement, philanthropy and corporate management to measure the presence of Hispanics in US corporations.Dr. Lisette Garcia, director of the Research Institute of the HACR congratulated the participants of this year. “Companies with vision like these will recognize the importance of using data and analytics to identify gaps that can be used to formulate strategic plans that impact the change and keep updated of the demands of the constant changing market” she added. You can find the full report by visiting the website of {HACR;www.hacr.org}.
