Most followers of a brand access their content via mobile devices. Despite that, there are still companies that do not consider these users” the document stated. It is also stated that the brands that achieve humanization will win. “Companies that understand and invest in creating a more authentic and humanized marketing experience will win. This involves giving priority to relations ahead of sales or simply communicating products.”On the other hand, the concept of Native ads is explained: improving the user experience. “By combining formats or ads with editorial content, native ads seek to avoid disruption generated by traditional ads on the user experience of a website or mobile app,” it is stated.According to the analysis, the mobile video will gain ground. “Video is the advertising format with the highest growth rate. The mobile consumers spend most of their time in apps and watching Internet video content.”
