Gonzalo Alonso of Audio.ad: We’re aiming at podcast platforms and brand content

Audio.ad is a technological broker that is between supply and demand. With this phrase, Gonzalo Alonso, Managing Director explained to PRODU the new goal of his company, which is to produce content for brands. “One of the things we’re focusing in is related to podcast platforms. When we launched the company on November 2014 the idea was totally centered on radio, but afterwards we added all the part regarding music streaming” he said. In order to grow in the region, they partnered with three players: Blog Talk Radio, Ivoox –the Spanish leader platform in Europe with podcast content-, and Dixo, a Mexican enterprise. “We are currently right in the middle of the production process of each of these categories. The idea is producing quality content for brands and capsule content.” The company recently signed an exclusive representation agreement for Latin America and the U.S. Hispanic market with XAPPmedia, a developer company of interactive audio solutions for advertising and content promotion.
