Jorge Moya, director creativo
Jorge Moya, Carla Trum Mercado and Federico Mejer, former executives at Commonground/MGS created in partnership with Campbell Ewald the new agency sociedAD (society), aiming to the Hispanic market. Moya will serve as its Creative Director and both Trum Mercado and Mejer are the Managing Directors. The executives will be reporting directly to Sal Taibi, President of the Campbell Ewald’s office in New York. “Whether clients are seeking for an integral or total market approach that effectively connects all audiences or a specific offer for Hispanics, sociedAD will bring its deep cultural experience to those fields” Taibi said. The agency relies on a dedicated staff of more than 20 advertising and PR Hispanic specialists in New York and Miami, with plans to expand to Detroit and Los Angeles. “sociedAD is founded on the rich definition of its name in Spanish, which translation is ‘a group of people that live and interact under the wing of a cultural sphere in order to achieve a purpose in life’” Moya said. “This exemplifies precisely our vision, the way we collaborate with our partners at Campbell Ewald, and most important, our valued clients. The agency results from many years of working together and the passion with which we do it every day.” Some of the agency’s clients are HBO Latino, ITT Technical Institute, Palm Bay International, TGL Law and MilkPEP, among others.
