Roberto Alcázar, Executive Creative Director of Identity Mediabrands, shared with PRODU the transformation process the company began at the start of this year in the aim to go from being a media agency to becoming a creativity and integrated media agency, “because everything that is happening in the communication market hints that content creation will be the leader and continue growing in media agencies.”From the agency they have been working on what they call the cultural square, related with connections, content and engagement. “IPG and Chris Loll, COO North America, hired us in the aim to make Identity a content media producer and begin the agency´s transformation process.”The statement they have developed is not multicultural, nor Latino, nor Hispanic, “this has to do with all the segments that are growing with culture, which also include the transformation of Anglo.”“It has all been a reorganization process under the responsibility of Deidre Smalls-Landau EVP Business Director at Identity Mediabrands. She has rearranged all the pieces and set forth to present Identity with a new face, as a comprehensive agency.”
