Within the framework of Premio Lo Nuestro, Univision launched the Visionario de Lo Nuestro recognition in tribute to the late pioneer of Hispanic TV in the US and creator of Premio Lo Nuestro, Omar Marchant.
Visionario de Lo Nuestro, whose first award will be in 2025, will be awarded to an outstanding industry leader generating a significant impact and promoting continued progress in this field.
