WarnerMedia: HBO Max will include local content from the most important production companies in the region

The company is committed to creating the best Latin American stories, making its artists shine, and betting on the creative freedom of writers, directors, and producers, said Tomás Yankelevich, Chief Content Officer of WarnerMedia Latin America, during the HBO Max presentation.

They closed agreements with local production companies such as Endemol Shine Boomdog, Dopamine, Mediapro, BTF, Floresta, Conspiracao, Boutique, Zeppelin, Pampa, Redrum, Dynamo to bring new and unique stories to the region, under the Max Originals label that is already working on more than 100 projects.

He mentioned productions such as Os Ausentes, PCC, The Cut, and Pop Divas (Brazil); Búnker, Las Bravas, Amarres, the Mexican version of Bake-off; and 40 No es Nada (Mexico); the fiction Días de Gallo; and the docuseries about Bilardo (Argentina).

The platform will include iconic content and characters for fans of all ages and more than 15,000 hours of animation, series, films, reality shows, and documentaries. Also series from Norway, Denmark, Italy, Sweden, Israel, and the United Kingdom. From Spain, he highlighted Patria; 30 Monedas, a horror series by Alex de la Iglesia; the biopic Veneno about the life of Cristina Ortiz, and the Champions League matches in Mexico and Brazil.

Additional there will be available full seasons of hit series and sitcoms like Friends and The Big Bang Theory, The Sopranos, Sex, and the City, and Game of Thrones, as well as classic and iconic movies; classic animations for the younger form studios like Looney Toons, Cartoon Network, and Hanna Barbera.

You will be able to find local productions that have been running for more than 15 years such as Mr. Ávila, Capadocia, Epitafiosand El Jardín de Bronce.
