Rio Shore, based on the global MTV format Jersey and Acapulco Shore, is among the original reality content coming to the Paramount+ platform.
Tiago Worcman, SVP and Head of Music and Entertainment Brands at ViacomCBS Networks Americas, presented the upcoming comedy and reality content.
“30 years ago, MTV created The Real World [TV series] which has led the way as one of the most popular contents,” said Worcman, referring to the reality genre.
Rio Shore follows the lives of ten people in a vacation home in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
He also announced that Ex on the Beach is coming to Mexico.
“The most viralized content on social networks and consumed in the region is a comedy, it makes us feel good, it is our comfort food. Comedy Central brings comedy to Paramount in all its forms,” said Worcman.
