Lina Caceres LatinWe 19
Lina Cáceres, Digital VP of LatinWE, spoke about the current moment some of the people they represent, highlighting Calle y Poché, who are now on the fourth edition of their book Sí, es Contigo, that has managed to sell more than 60 thousand copies. A series based on the book is currently being developed.
Additionally, they have been working for four years on the musical development of Sebastián Villalobos and expect to be launching the music by the end of 2019.
“We continue doing a crossover with the platforms, in which for example, Mario Ruiz was part of National Geographic´s program Reto Imposible. We have also been working on the development of a new generation of digital talents, such as Little Vale, Xime Ponch, and Mario Selman, among others”.
Considering the way metrics are changing in social networks, Cáceres comments that “we always invite to not look at likes, but to realize that these content generators are a voice in the platform, with positive messages that can grow and develop. Likes are like a metric social networks were born with, and they have a very important challenge to see how to change that measurement mechanism”.
