Mondo TV Iberoamérica sold the second season of Heidi, Bienvenida to the Israeli channel Yes KidZ, that will launch it in September 2019.
The channel was one of the first outside Latin America in airing the first season in 2017 and was a great hit among the teenage audience, that is expected to be equally enthusiastic with the new series.
The second season is based on the characters of the first, adding a new, unconventional family, new friends, and new topics: including Heidi´s talent to create perfumes, her efforts for helping her friend Coco overcome her fear of singing, a new hairdresser, and some very special dolls, among other things.
The series has already been aired in Latin America, Italy, Spain, Russia and Mauritius. Additionally, the first thirty episodes of the first season were launched on Netflix in mid-May as part of an agreement that grants Netflix the SVOD rights for North America, Spain, Latin America (including Brazil), the UK, Ireland and Italy. The remaining 30 episodes will be launched at the end of this year.
