According to Guillermo Arduino, presenter of CNN en Español, chairperson of the breakfast-conferences the channel held as part of its 2019 Upfront, “the future is very promising because more and more there is a digital print left” and it is that digital print what helps us determine the profile of the audience.

“The most important think to keep in mind is that data is essential, you must know how to use it. We are talking about what it is but it is necessary to focus on how to use it because data is, ultimately the attitude of the user who is our client. We must know the client perfectly well and know who your audience is before taking any action, and today, due to the hyper communication we have in society, all that information that is digitally registered allows us to find the perfect profile of the person we want to have as our target,” expressed Arduino.

He added that as for content consumption, it is necessary to keep in mind the multiplicity of platforms. He emphasized that TV has not died, “it continues but it is a segment that we must not neglect.”
