César Sabroso, Senior VP Subscribers, Marketing and Communications at A+E Networks Latin America, expressed in the context of Una Idea Para Cambiar la Historia that the company is trying to focus on things that go beyond content and audience numbers. “It is not about rating or banal ideas, but about making differences with innovating ideas for our region. Therefore, we not only do entertainment, but we also have an important social responsibility”.

The History event aims to reward the creative and innovative spirit of young people in the region. “We want to have something that improves society and our environment. The important thing is to undertake projects that give us hope and a better world.”

Sabroso detailed that they received 7900 qualified ideas, with a very demanding jury and with 249 thousand online votes. “It is amazing and motivating to see how people are concerned about helping with important events. That is how we make history altogether.”
