NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises announced new leadership responsibilities of four key executives, which will allow the organization to further accelerate its leadership position in media and as the choice and voice of Latinos today across all platforms.

The senior leadership appointments are Beau Ferrari as VP executive of NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises, who will oversee the operations, financial performance and corporate strategy for the company.
Mónica Gil was named VP executive & Chief Marketing Officer, NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises and will serve as the key executive driving the company’s reputation, brand and corporate marketing. She will also oversee communications, corporate affairs and the human resources functions.
Also, Peter Blacker has been named VP executive, Revenue Strategy & Innovation, NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises. In this newly created role, he will work across linear and digital platforms to amplify the company’s monetization efforts throughout all revenue streams.
The new responsibilities of Ronald Day as VP executive, Entertainment, Telemundo Networks, will be programming, talent and promotions of primetime, daytime and specials for Telemundo and Universo Networks.
This team will report to Conde and will be based at Telemundo Center in Miami.
