Carlos Lamus leaves Cisneros Studios to pursue new fiction production challenges

The Venezuelan producer Carlos Lamus leaves Cisneros Studios to pursue new challenges in fiction development and production, told PRODU Juan Carlos Sosa, Executive Operations VP and General Manager of Cisneros Studios.Lamus began working with Cisneros Studios in 2013, leading productions such as Los secretos de Lucía, Demente Criminal, Voltea pa´ que te enamores and recently on the development and production of La revista de Zuleyka.Before starting to develop projects with Venevisión Productions (current Cisneros Studios), Lamus worked as a producer in Telemundo NBC Universal in Miami, and before that as executive producer of series for the Latin American and the US Hispanic market in Sony Pictures Television. In Venezuela he spent 13 years in RCTV.According to his LinkedIn profile, Carlos Lamus is owner and General Manager of SMUS- Production & Consulting, production company with which he developed the projects for Cisneros Studios.“We wish Carlos the best of luck in the continuation of his career in the industry”, stated Sosa.
