Cruz: Grandes temas de telenovela es un homenaje a los temas musicales de las telenovelas en México
Televisa announced the multiplatform strategy it will execute for the special Grandes Temas De Telenovela, produced by Marco Flavio Cruz and Luis de Llano, who said the show marks the beginning of the creation of multi-screen content. The special will premiere first online on November 4th (date it will be recorded), and later on broadcast television on December 21st.This program pays tribute to the greatest theme songs in Mexican telenovela history, with 18 artists interpreting 35 songs. It will be like a Broadway musical, set in a studio with 270 degrees of screens, with a different graphic treatment for each theme, and will run for 90 minutes. The experience transcends TV and marks the beginning of this type of production for Televisa moving forward, said Cruz.Laura Pérez, director of Multimedia Content of Televisa, said the goal is for users to have an interactive experience through televisa.com, with a channel dedicated to the program in addition to the mobile app. Well offer video on demand (VOD) and exclusive streaming of the event on November 4th. The production is specifically designed for the web.The show will also feature interviews with the producers of the novelas showcased, as well as some of their actors. The audience will enjoy the graphic opens of these novelas and exclusive behind-the-scenes content.
