Producciones RTI signs option agreement with CBS Studios International for Spanish-language remake of TV series Dynasty

Producciones RTI has signed an option agreement with CBS Studios International to produce a Spanish-language adaptation of the television series, Dynasty, which first aired in the 1980’s. Dynasty tells the story of the Carrington’s, a wealthy family in the oil business. Amid a love-triangle and power-struggle, the drama explores themes of individual greed and economic excess. This adaptation will reintroduce iconic characters such as the sensual yet vengeful Alexis Carrington and the attractive and powerful oil tycoon, Blake Carrington.This will be the first time that Dynasty is interpreted for the Hispanic audience. RTI’s extensive expertise in producing and adapting foreign formats for the Hispanic television audience will ensure a successful remake of the time-honored television series.
