IMG Media: Offering great news coverage of 2014 World Cup through affiliate SNTV

This year is of particular importance for IMG Media because of the Brazil 2014 World Cup. IMG Media’s affiliate company SNTV will offer exclusive sporting news services worldwide with expanded coverage of the world’s biggest soccer tournament.“We will have about 20 units covering the teams and the venues. Leveraging the resources of SNTV and Associated Press –co-owner of SNTV along with IMG -, we will provide the most comprehensive coverage of the World Cup,” told PRODU Guillermo Santa-Cruz, VP of Sales for Latin America and U.S. Hispanic of IMG Media, who joined the company in May of 2013 bringing with him 25 years of experience in U.S. Hispanic media.Santa-Cruz emphasized the great potential the U.S. Hispanic market represents for the company, not just in Spanish but in English as well.“I believe there are great opportunities in English-language programming for Hispanics for companies such as IMG, which works at a global level and has vast experience with this market. We can contribute and create all kinds of content for U.S. Hispanic,” he added.
