Zodiak Latino: consolidating our position as high-caliber production house

This Mipcom, Zodiak Latino is offering two original productions: a reality lifestyle show about gastronomy entitled Foodies, and a docu-reality about street soccer prodigy Jayzinho Quezada, in his quest to building an all-star team.Harris Whitbeck, CEO of Zodiak Latino, says they feel confident with these projects because they position the company as a high-caliber production house that offers great flexibility to clients.“This year we continue to consolidate our relationship with Sony Entertainment Television with Top Model. The current version of the show is airing in Mexico and doing well. Presently in post-production, we have a big lifestyle project for Discovery Channel Latin America entitled Desafío Fashionista, which is shot in Mexico and will premiered in October,” said Whitbeck.Regarding Foodies, he said it is a travel show, offering viewers the experiences of four strong characters. The project with Jayzinho is directly aligned with the 2014 World Cup. “It’s an alternative for those channels that want to touch on the topic of soccer without broadcasting games. It’s a refreshing complement to audiences who want to watch more soccer,” added Whitbeck.
