Discovery Familia celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month with a special initiative committed to inspiring a new generation of healthy families. Hosted by Mexican chef Marcela Valladolid, new capsules Salud con Sazón offer alternatives for a healthy lifestyle.Specially designed to be a celebration of Hispanic culture, Salud con Sazón is a series of spots featuring Valladolid, who presents practical tips for making nutritious eating choices. Valladolid first collaborated with the network on Relatos con Sabor, a series in which families shared their traditional recipes. In the new capsules, the popular chef gives hands-on advice for preparing traditional food, but using easy recipes and tips to adopt healthier lifestyles. The Salud con Sazón capsules will air during the networks nighttime programming and will also be available at {facebook.com/discoveryfamilia}, along with downloadable recipes, information and other useful tips.
