At the Annual Members Meeting of NCTC in San Diego, CA on July 29, members elected four directors to NCTCs board. Three of the four board members are new to the board and one is a current director.Re-elected for a three-year term was John Higgnbotham, Superintendent, Frankfort Plant Board; John was appointed to the board in 2011 to fill an unexpired term. Newly elected to the board are Gordon Bourne, VP of Programming, Suddenlink; Jim Holanda, CEO, Choice Telecom, Grande and RCN; and Brian Lynch, president, Antietam Cable Television and VP of Cable Operations, Schurz Communications.NCTCs board consists of fourteen voting directors. NCTC president and CEO Rich Fickle is a non-voting board member, as is Tom Gleason of Clarity Telecom. In addition to the board, other NCTC members also serve on a technical advisory board and a marketing advisory group. Following the 2013 election, the NCTC board members are:Edward T.
