This Sunday, May 5th at 7pm the dream begins at Telemundo for the young talented artists 7 to 14 years old competing in the global hit singing competition La Voz Kids. Hosted by Daisy Fuentes and Jorge Bernal, La Voz Kids will give Telemundos audience the opportunity to witness how expert celebrity music coaches Paulina Rubio, Prince Royce and Roberto Tapia get into it and compete to find the music stars of the future. A wide variety of young talented singers from California, Florida, New Jersey, Arizona and Puerto Rico, among others, will hit the La Voz Kids‘ stage to display their best singing qualities in front of the demanding coaches across a variety of musical styles including rancheras, corridos, bachata, salsa and boleros, among others. The La Voz Kids innovative format features three stages of competition: the first begins with the blind auditions, then the battle rounds, and finally, the live performance shows. In the final performance phase of the competition, the top participants from each team will compete weekly against each other. The television audience and the coaches will decide who will stay in the competition. In the end, one will be named the winner of La Voz Kids and will receive a recording contract and a cash prize to support his/her education. La Voz Kids is a presentation of Talpa Media USA Inc. The show is created by John de Mol, who will executive-produce along with Stijn Bakkers and Katrina Fernández.
