ViendoMovies celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month programming over 140 films representing the best of Latin American films. “This effort -said José Espinal, COO of the company- is designed to meet the tastes of the communities that make up the U.S. Hispanic market, in a celebration that unites us in the common territory that we have chosen to live our aspirations and that of our families.”The programming includes movie premieres from Mexico such as Las Vueltas del Citrillo by Felipe Cazals, and Clemente by Pablo Veliz. The audience will also enjoy additional examples of good Aztec cinema such as Corazón del Tiempo, Cumbia Callera, Desafío, Chico Grande, Espiral, La Bestia, Norteado, Revolución and Victorio. For the large Colombian community, ViendoMovies programs films such as Operation Jaque, which chronicles the kidnapping and release of Ingrid Betancourt and the titles El Jefe and El Arriero. Cubans will enjoy film famous as Kangamba, Habana Blues and Boleto al Paraíso, and Peruvians will watch blockbuster movies from that country such as Chicha Tu Madre and Mariposa Negra. Other releases that ViendoMovies will air are La Mujer de Iván and Malta con Huevos (both from Chile), Reus (Uruguay) and La Senda, Sangre de Mayo, Corredor Nocturno and Bestezuelas (from Spain) and many more high quality films.
