Antonio Román appointed VP of National Sales for Univision

Univision has named Antonio Román senior VP of National Sales for the network. Roman will be responsible for leading a national team of sales professionals in developing advertising and marketing solutions. “It is more important than ever to find ways to connect the advertising community with our viewers” said Roman, who will be relocating to New York from Miami. “I will work each day to build strong relationships and deliver creative ways to make that connection”.Román is a veteran with Univision, beginning with the company in 1996 as an account executive in Los Angeles. He also held a position as VP of Marketing and Business Development, but most recently served as VP of Network Sales for the Southeast and Southwest Regions.“Antonio’s diverse experience is the new generation of leader for our business climate” said Mark Dante, executive VP of Univision. “He is well respected for his ability to build relationships and develop innovative solutions for our advertisers. We look forward to adding his talents to our Station Group team.”
