Telemundo and mun2 will offer live, exclusive Spanish language coverage of the 2012 CONCACAF Olympic qualifying tournament beginning on March 22nd. The tournament will take place in Carson, California, Nashville, Tennessee, and Kansas City, Missouri with the national squads from Canada, Cuba, El Salvador, Honduras, Mexico, Panama, the United States and Trinidad and Tobago all vying for the 2 coveted Olympic spots. The 2012 Olympic Games will be held in London in July.mun2 will air the inaugural match between El Salvador and Canada on Thursday, March 22 at 6:30pm ET, 3:30pm PT, 5:30pm CT. On Friday, March 23, Telemundo will air its first game of the tournament with Mexico vs. Trinidad and Tobago at 11:30pm ET, 8:30pm PT and 10:30pm CT. The Deportes Telemundo team will be headed by Andrés Cantor, who will be joined by Jessi Losada, Sammy Sadovnik, Óscar Guzmán, Kaziro Aoyama and Guadalupe Venegas. Telemundo will air 30 minute pregame shows prior to all of their matches. The show, La Antesala Preolímpico, will offer commentaries, features and expert analysis from the Deportes Telemundo team.The CONCACAF pre-Olympic matches will decide which two national teams will have the privilege of representing their country in the 2012 London Olympic Games.Telemundo has the exclusive rights to the Spanish language broadcast of the 2012 Olympic Games in London.
