Telemundo announced that it has licensed the rights to broadcast multiple animated features from Disney-Pixar. This agreement marks the first time Disney-Pixar movies become available on a Spanish language television network in the U.S.The deal will bring ten box office hits, including six Academy Award winners, to U.S. Spanish-language television audiences. The first Disney-Pixar film to debut as part of the licensing agreement is the Academy Award winning animated feature The Incredibles on October 2. Hispanics make up one-quarter of the audiences that attend animated films.
