Univisión revealed its newest reality program for the 2011-2012 broadcast season, Sí Se Puede (Its Possible), from Dave Broome, the creator of The Biggest Loser, and Emilio Estefan. The program will be coproduced by Estefan Film and Television Productions and Broomes 25/7 Productions. Si Se Puede is a new fitness and weight loss competition geared towards Hispanic families who wish to lose weight and change their lives for the better. The reality show is slated to air on the Univision Network in early 2012.Si Se Puede is another example of the powerful, exclusive entertainment programming Univision brings to Hispanic America. This program featuring real life challenges will connect and entertain families like never before, said César Conde, president of Univision Networks.The program will feature three to four families, a panel of judges, and a team of trainers and nutritionists who will help contestants achieve their goal of significantly shedding off pounds for a healthier body. Si Se Puede will feature an array of challenges, including outdoor activities that integrate outside audiences for an interactive experience. Production kicks off in Los Angeles this October.Si Se Puede will air weekly in primetime, showcasing entertainment and sports personalities. Exclusive elements of the program will be cross-integrated on Univisions entertainment programs.
