Alexis Ardines named director of Production and Programming for Mega TV

Spanish Broadcasting System Inc. announced the promotion of Alexis Ardines to director of Production and Programming for Mega TV.As director of programming and production, Ardines, will report to the vice president of the channel. His responsibilities are mainly focused on the development of new and existing shows, ensure the functioning of all productions as well effectively and efficiently manage the budgets for each program, including daily responsibilities of the department.Ardines, a graduate of Journalism of the University of Havana, Cuba in 1993, emigrated to the United States in May 2002, beginning a career in local television media, specializing in prime time productions. He started in Mega TV in February 2007 as General Program producer.
