The Mexicanal Network adds trio of digital broadcast affiliates

The Mexicanal Network has added three new station affiliates: Atlanta, Georgia’s WYGA-LD, Phoenix, Arizona’s KTVP-LD 22.2 and Columbus, Ohio’s WCSN 32.1.This news, which comes just over two months after Mexicanal welcomed new affiliates in Austin and Reno, represents a distribution growth to over 4.9 million Hispanic households.“Each new affiliate is a testament to the strength of and demand for the network’s specialized lineup” said Mexicanal President & CEO, Luis Torres-BohlPhoenix, the #7 Hispanic DMA in the nation, has expanded its Hispanic population by 79.3% in the past 10 years, with another 17.7% increase estimated by 2016.
