Leading creative, media, and communications company Republica Havas Group continues to bolster its leadership team to support ongoing growth with the promotion of Gus Fernandez to the newly created position of Executive Director and Chief Experience Officer, effective immediately.The announcement comes as Fernandez marks his 11th anniversary with the agency. He joined in 2012 as production director and steadily escalated his rank with increasing responsibility until his most recent post as vice president of production, operations, and culture.“During his over a decade with us, Gus has consistently demonstrated his commitment to raising the bar for our clients’ work as we execute with passion and innovation, and for our team members, as we foster and deepen our culture of collaboration and excellence,” said Jorge A.
