Alma gana en los Warc Awards

The Business-to-Business Grand Prix at the WARC Awards for Effectiveness North America was awarded to alma for its work Adios Cuadernito (Goodbye Little Notebook) for the QuickBooks accounting software brand. To reach the 14 percent of small U.S. businesses that belong to Hispanic entrepreneurs, the brand used a culturally related creativity, and based on that knowledge, managed to direct 89 percent of its first broadcast to potential clients. As for the campaign Better with Pepsi, it took gold in the Instant Impact category.In the 2023 edition of the WARC Awards for Effectiveness North America, five Grand Prix were handed out, two Grand Prix for Good, six gold medals, three silver and six bronze. These went to a wide range of campaigns for such brands as BMO (Bank of Montreal), Call of Duty, Finish, McDonald’s, Michelob Ultra, Pepsi and Spotify. The U.S. won 16 prizes, Canada five and Mexico one.Carolyn Murphy, VP, Americas at WARC, commented about the general results of the first edition of the WARC Awards for Effectiveness North America: “I’m thrilled to celebrate the incredible work produced in North America. We thank our judges for their time and dedication, and our congratulations go out to all the winners of these inaugural prizes. Compared with each of the steps up the WARC Effectiveness Ladder, this collection of works will serve as in inspiration for the sector to produce work that is ever more powerful. To be recognized among the most effective campaigns in all North America, including the largest advertising market in the world, is no small achievement.
