Simplicity closes an alliance with agency in New York

For Simplicity, the year 2022 has been a year filled with considerable challenges as well as growth. They have reached the ten-year mark consolidating their position as a leading international communication and marketing agency. In the first quarter of 2022, Simplicity entered the United States market as the first Chilean firm in its industry. Since opening their first office in Miami, they have formed a strategic alliance with The Plunkett Group, a leading New York consulting firm specializing in financial communication and investor relations. This is added to a client portfolio in the United States that includes, among others, Grupo Patio, which launched the Aurora platform to develop business in the industrial real estate sector in the Midwest; Opencasa, a real estate company with cutting-edge technology focused on the single-family home rental market; Edge Strategic Capital, a real estate development fund for multifamily projects in the United States made up of a joint venture between Genesis Ventures and Maestra Inmobiliaria; ACL, a leading provider of technological solutions and information technology services in Latin America that has begun operations in Miami; and Tecno Fast, which acquired Massachusetts-based company, Triumph Modular.
