Toyota Conill
Toyota is about to air its new Christmas spot Nora’s Joy, created by Conill. The commercial, developed with CGI technology, tells the story of a young girl who finds a magic way to share her brimming happiness with others. Once she unleashes her emotions, we see her driving her Toyota Tacoma around town, spreading her joy among those around her in a burst of dazzling lights that illuminate the nighttime sky. The 60-second version of Nora’s Joy will be officially launched this December 12 during the Univision telecast of its annual 17-hour charity program TeletonUSA. That version, together with another of 30 seconds, will air on Hispanic television via specific cable networks and various digital channels. “Nora’s Joy reflects what the holidays mean to so many of us,” said Conill Creative Director Gustavo Sarkis. “It’s a time when we share joy and laughter with our families, particularly in such difficult times as these. We wanted to share that sincere message of happiness as we enter the Christmas season.” In order to extend the Christmas message, Toyota invites consumers to #sharethejoy by sending a digital “joy jar” to their friends and loved ones over the @ToyotaLatino Instagram channel, any time between December 10 and January 3, 2022. For every share, Toyota will make a donation to the Hispanic Scholarship Fund for as much as $50,000 in support of scholarship students across the country.
