The USH Havas Formulatin division has a new leader: Emigdio Rojas, who serves as its new VP. From his new position he will continue to develop and drive the growth of the Hispanic market practice – Formulatin. “I will also provide strategic communication and PR consultancy to our clients to help them solve their business challenges, through PR programs and contextually relevant campaigns for the Hispanic market, based on insights and data. I will continue to foster the growth and professional development of the current team and will bring in new talent, giving them the opportunity to develop professionally and work on exciting programs within the firm ”, explains Rojas. Rojas explains that one of the challenges of the position is the permanent growth of the Hispanic market. “And the rapid evolution of consumer preferences, which makes them more demanding every day. We need to be able to connect and maximize engagement, with an appropriate narrative through campaigns that are contextually relevant, so that a true connection is developed and it generates a positive conversation between the different groups of interest”, he added. He highlighted that the pandemic has forced us to remotely connect for a long time. “Therefore, we must continue to educate brands about the importance of maintaining a permanent connection and engagement with different stakeholders, leveraging the values, traditions, and passion points of Hispanics such as family, sports, food, and music in an emotional, authentic, and relevant way”.
