The founder and CEO of Hits Book Group, Juan Jose Artero, believes there are three key insights for creativity in the post-Covid world: “omni-channel consumers must be in every marketing strategy; a brand must embody a strategy created and consolidated specifically for it; and client reactions must be listened to more carefully than ever. There´s nothing more believable or impressive than what a real consumer believes about your product,” Artero said. “Brands must be more empathetic,” the executive added. “They must adapt to the new consumer habits and therefore strengthen their digital marketing teams. There was a big cut in advertising investment that will now return, but focused on the digital area. The most important thing now is not only the message but the messenger.
