S4Capital, the marketing and advertising services company, has announced that its global content practice, built around MediaMonks will be merged with the digital agency Circus. With this agreement, S4Capital will further strengthen its expertise in terms of content and position in Latin America, since the sum of all revenues is estimated at around 25 million dollars in 2019. In addition, the company has a staff of 350 professionals who work collaboratively as if it were a single team and are distributed in 8 offices, located in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica, Chile, Los Angeles and, for the first time, Spain. Bruno Lambertini, Founder and CEO of Circus, considers this merger as an opportunity to further enrich his community, allowing them offer the rest of the world its unique view on creativity. “We believe in emotions guided by data and by adding our network, talent and experience to the S4Capital family we are building a solid framework for the new era of advertising.” For his part, Sir Martin Sorrell, Executive Chairman of S4Capital has commented on how Circus shares his intention to focus on purely digital content. “Circus also uses our data-driven model of the Holy Trinity and embodies the concepts of faster, better, cheaper or speed, quality and value,” said Sorrell.
