Brand authenticity and more voice-activated campaigns will be among the top trends this year, according to Tanya De Poli, General Manager of Ogilvy Miami, and César “Checha” Agost Carreño, CEO and CCO of Ogilvy Miami & Mexico. “Look for data-driven marketing and content. The campaigns with the most impact will be real-time productions based on things happening now” added De Poli. “So whatever is data-driven will come first and everything that is artificial intelligence and voice activation will follow.” Meanwhile, Agost foresees much more brand authenticity. “Screens will continue to be valid, but all these intelligent voices will keep changing us day by day – it’s the end of typing, which will be replaced by voice.”
