FCB&FiRe, the brand content agency led by Rodrigo Figueroa Reyes, and which partnered FCB International with Latin America’s FiRe Advertainment at the beginning of this year, has now landed in the United States with offices in Austin and Miami and yet another partner: Sergio Alcocer’s Rest of the World agency. “We are a strategic and creative advertising agency while FCB&FiRe is an agency that generates audiences and produces content. By putting these two disciplines together we’re going to be very powerful, because we are going to find new ways to communicate with different audiences” Alcocer said. The agency will be based mainly in Austin, and will work as FCB&FiRe in the U.S. with talent that comes from within this combination of agencies. “The arrival of this project to the U.S. gives us the chance to complement the strategic power and deep knowledge we have at Rest of the World of the realities of the American market with people of great knowledge of non-traditional formats: entertainment and branded entertainment. I find it a very interesting combination.” It’s good news for Rest of the World, Alcocer said, and it’s a way to grow and learn by working with people as talented as Rodrigo Figueroa Reyes. “FCB&FiRe is a network that has had an important resurgence over the last two years. It has very attractive brands and Rodrigo Figueroa Reyes, with all his leadership and vision, began exploring this world of content before anybody else and has been a big success. United we are definitely better. We have vast experience and great expectations.”
