According to Roberto Lastra, Co-Founder and Creative Director of Lovers Not Haters, the name of his agency defines the kind of human beings they strive to be, the kind of people they want to work with, the kind of clients they want to help and the kind of employees they expect to hire. “We are an agency that emphasizes storytelling” Lastra said. “The lover and the hater are the hero and villain in each story, so it’s a filter we strain our work through.
